The ultra reliable Freeway ceiling track hoist comes with a spreader bar with 3m tape (longer tapes available), transformer set , pneumatic handset and hook , emergency manual lowering adapter and log book. The ceiling track hoist configuration and safe working loads should be determined by a means of a survey which can be carried out by one of our experienced representatives.
The ceiling hoists come with an abundance of safety features such as a failsafe overspeed governor which brakes the spreader bar in the unlikely event of rapid descent. The spreader bar stops automatically at both top and bottom limits. There are two forms of emergency lowering which are battery lowering and manual lowering with use of the adapter supplied.
The Freeway transformer is IP 67 rated. This means it is safe for use in bathrooms in accordance with section 601-02 of BS7671:1992
