The Weightcheck weighing scale are an EU Class III approved hoist attachment scale with BMI (body mass index). This battery operated scale is supplied with a range of fixings to ensure that it fits most patient hoists (suitable for ceiling track and mobile hoists). The scale takes just seconds to attach to the hoist by hanging it from the existing spreader bar (carry bar), offering a capacity of 200kg to a resolution of just 200g. The scale has hook attachments suitable for all loop fixing type slings. The scale uses a 9v PP3 battery, that will need to be replaced after approximately 40 hours of use.
